Battery Warranty Coverage

Learn about our warranty terms, coverage period, and how we support you after your purchase.

All DUROCOM batteries are backed by our manufacturer warranty, designed to give you confidence and peace of mind. The warranty period varies by product type and is subject to proper use and installation conditions.

Warranty Duration:

  • Passenger vehicle batteries: 12, 18 , 24 months
  • Commercial and heavy-duty batteries: 6 – 12 months

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Premature failure due to internal faults

What’s Not Covered:

  • Improper installation
  • Physical damage or tampering
  • Misuse, overcharging, or deep discharges
  • Expired warranties or missing proof of purchase

Claim Process:

  1. Bring your battery to the original point of purchase or authorized dealer.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and warranty card.
  3. The battery will be tested for warranty eligibility.
  4. If eligible, a one-time replacement will be issued.
