\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDurocom Singapore provides mobile car battery delivery, replacement, and installation services islandwide in Singapore. We also offer on-site tyre replacement and related automotive services. Our technicians come to your location \u2014 including HDB carparks, condominium basements, offices, and roadside locations.\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Services Offered\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOur services include but are not limited to:\n

  • Mobile car battery delivery and on-site installation<\/li>\n \t
  • Old battery disposal and removal<\/li>\n \t
  • Battery health check (included with Pro and Promax)<\/li>\n \t
  • On-site tyre replacement<\/li>\n \t
  • Car towing referral to panel workshops<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nAll services are subject to technician availability and location access. Durocom reserves the right to decline a service request if the location is inaccessible, unsafe, or outside our service area.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    3. Pricing & Payment\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include battery, delivery, and professional installation unless otherwise stated. Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and may vary depending on your car model, battery specification required, and location.

    We will confirm the exact price via WhatsApp before any work commences. The price you confirm is the final price you pay \u2014 no hidden charges will be added on-site.<\/p>

      4. Warranty Terms\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Warranty coverage by battery tier:
      Durocom Lite \u2014 12 months | Durocom Pro \u2014 18 months | Durocom Promax \u2014 24 months<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      All Durocom batteries come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage begins from the date of installation and is evidenced by the warranty card issued to you on-site.

      <\/p>

      What is covered:<\/b><\/p>

      • Manufacturing defects causing the battery to fail under normal use<\/li>
      • Premature battery failure not caused by misuse or external factors<\/li><\/ul>


        What is NOT covered:<\/b><\/p>

        • Physical damage, cracking, or swelling caused by accidents or improper handling<\/li>
        • Damage caused by incorrect installation by a third party after our installation<\/li>
        • Failure caused by a faulty vehicle electrical system (e.g. alternator, starter motor)<\/li>
        • Batteries used in vehicles other than the one specified at installation<\/li>
        • Loss of warranty card<\/li>
        • Normal battery degradation over time<\/li><\/ul>

          To make a warranty claim, contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8978 9119 with your warranty card details and a description of the issue.

          <\/p>

          4a. Cross-Border Warranty (Durocom Promax Only)<\/b><\/span><\/p>

          The Durocom Promax battery includes cross-border warranty coverage valid in both Singapore and Malaysia. You may purchase in Singapore and make a warranty claim in Malaysia, or vice versa, within the 24-month warranty period.

          <\/p>

          Cross-border warranty claims are subject to verification of the original warranty card and proof of purchase. Claims must be made through Durocom’s authorised channels in either country. Durocom reserves the right to verify the claim before processing any replacement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          5. Customer Responsibilities\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBy booking a service with Durocom, you agree to:\n
            \n \t
          • Provide accurate information about your vehicle (make, model, year) to ensure the correct battery is supplied<\/li>\n \t
          • Be present or have an authorised representative present at the vehicle during the appointment<\/li>\n \t
          • Ensure the vehicle is accessible to our technician (parking access, barrier codes, level clearance<\/li>\n \t
          • Ensure the vehicle ignition is off and the vehicle is in a safe, stable position before installation begins<\/li>\n \t
          • Notify us immediately if there are known electrical faults with your vehicle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nProviding inaccurate vehicle information that results in the wrong battery being supplied may result in additional charges for the correct battery. The original battery supplied may not be eligible for return.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t

            6. Cancellation & Refund Policy\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

            You may cancel a booking at any time before our technician dispatches to your location at no charge. Once a technician has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply to cover travel costs.<\/p>

            Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:<\/p>

            • If Durocom is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to our error<\/li>
            • If the battery supplied is confirmed to be defective at point of installation<\/li><\/ul>

              Refunds are not provided for:<\/p>

              • Change of mind after installation is completed<\/li>
              • Vehicle issues unrelated to the battery (e.g. alternator or starter motor failure)<\/li>
              • Incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer<\/li><\/ul>

                All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date by contacting us at +65 8978 9119 via WhatsApp.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                7. Promotional Offers\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFrom time to time, Durocom may offer promotional discounts (such as S$10 off your first order). The following conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:\n \n
                  \n \t
                • Promotions are valid for new customers only, unless explicitly stated otherwise<\/li>\n \t
                • One promotion per customer, per transaction<\/li>\n \t
                • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts<\/li>\n \t
                • Durocom reserves the right to verify eligibility before applying a discount<\/li>\n \t
                • Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice<\/li>\n \t
                • The discount applies to the battery price only and does not apply to any additional service charges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                  8. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                  Durocom Singapore is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.<\/p>

                  What data we collect:<\/b><\/p>

                  • Name<\/li>
                  • Mobile phone number<\/li>
                  • Vehicle information (make, model, year)<\/li>
                  • Location (shared by you during service booking)<\/li><\/ul>

                    Why we collect it:<\/b><\/p>

                    • To respond to your enquiry and provide a price quote<\/li>
                    • To schedule and carry out your battery replacement service<\/li>
                    • To issue warranty documentation<\/li>
                    • To follow up on service quality and customer satisfaction<\/li>
                    • To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns<\/li><\/ul>

                      Your rights under PDPA:<\/b><\/p>

                      • You have the right to correct any inaccurate data<\/li>
                      • You have the right to withdraw consent and request deletion of your data<\/li><\/ul>

                        9. Limitation of Liability\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                        Durocom’s liability in connection with any battery or service provided is limited to the cost of the battery and installation service paid by the customer.

                        <\/p>

                        Durocom shall not be liable for:<\/p>

                        • Any pre-existing electrical faults in the customer’s vehicle<\/li>
                        • Vehicle breakdowns or system malfunctions unrelated to the battery<\/li>
                        • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from battery use<\/li>
                        • Loss of income, time, or business resulting from vehicle downtime<\/li>
                        • Damage caused by the customer’s failure to follow post-installation instructions<\/li><\/ul>

                          Our technicians take every precaution during installation. In the unlikely event of damage directly caused by our technician during installation, please notify us immediately and we will assess the situation in good faith.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                          \n\t\t\t\t\t

                          10. Product Use\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAll Durocom batteries must be installed and used according to manufacturer specifications and your vehicle’s requirements. Durocom batteries are intended for automotive use only. Use in any other application voids the warranty and any liability of Durocom.\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                          \n\t\t\t\t\t

                          11. Intellectual Property\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAll logos, product names, images, and content on this website are the property of Durocom and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission from Durocom Singapore.\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                          12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                          These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or products shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with Durocom Singapore.

                          If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the Singapore Mediation Centre or the relevant Small Claims Tribunal, as appropriate.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
